There are many interesting attractions in Florida. The US Astronaut Hall of Fame in Titusville is a shrine to America's space heroes. Opened in 1990, this site houses the largest collection of space memorabilia in the world. The Monkey Jungle in Miami is where “humans are caged and the monkeys run wild!” Homestead is where Coral Castle stands, one man's monument to the love of his life. Coral Castle was built singlehandedly by Ed Leedskalnin, a diminutive Latvian immigrant who wanted to impress the young woman who had jilted him.

Of course, a Florida holiday is incomplete without bringing the whole family to a Disney theme park in Orlando.  Walt Disney World is the largest holiday resort in the world, made up of 4 theme parks and more than 20 hotels in Lake Buena Vista, Florida.  There are even more theme parks to explore in Florida like Universal Orlando Resort, the Busch Gardens and SeaWorld.  Food in Florida is for the adventurous—the mix of cultures offers Cuban, Brazilian, Haitian, Italian and Mediterranean cuisine.
