For its climate, its food and its culture, Greece is still a very popular tourist destination for British travellers. There is a good reason for this, there is plenty to see and do and Greece often offers great low cost options to those looking for a summer break.

In terms of flights, there are some excellent deals available and plenty of options in terms of destinations. The main point of entry for most tourists is Athens Airport or Elefthérios Venizélos International Airport. There are plenty of flights direct to Athens. British Airways have some great deals on their website on direct flights, especially if you book well in advance. Other alternatives on flights to Greece include Rhodes and Corfu. Easyjet and Thomas Cook both offer direct flights to Rhodes and at very reasonable prices.
