The black cabs can carry up to five passengers plus luggage. There is a minimum charge of 2.20GBP at all times on London cabs. Nowadays most taxis accept credit card payments, with an additional charge between 10% and 15% on the total fare, but always check with the driver before you drive off if that is your intended payment method.
