CAT and CAT Paratransit services provide a bus service to most areas in Clark County. Routes 108 and 109 serve the airport and run to central Las Vegas and the Las Vegas Strip. A number of shuttle services also serve the airport. There are plenty of car hire operators and the same goes for taxis. If you want to arrive in style and make an impression on the strip limousines can be easily picked up from the airport.
