Rome Hotels

Rome is an absolutely incredible city. The sites, the culture and the food are definitely not to be missed. If you are looking for a hotel try and get one near the centre as the city is quite small and you will be able to walk around from site to site.

If you are spoiling yourself why not spend a few nights at the Hotel De Russie. The hotel has a fantastic old world charm and is located on the Piazza del Popolo. It has beautiful interior gardens and lovely rooms. Another great option is the four star Artemide Hotel. This hotel is located on Via Nazional and is elegantly understated. If you are looking for more of a budget option go for the Hotel Villa Giulia where the Hotel staff are friendly and the location is great.

Whatever you do don’t miss the sites of old Rome. The Colosseum is clearly not to be missed, nor is the Vatican City and the Old Forum. The Baths of Diocletian are a fantastic insight into the old world of Rome and Rome's Pantheon, the temple of all the gods, built by Emperor Hadrian is a must see. Really, you just have to go out of your door to see the fabulous ancient sites Rome has to offer.
