Tuscany Holidays

Located on the West coast of Italy, Tuscany provides much to see and do. Florenceis a magnificent city and there is an abundance of sites to see. The Institute and Museum of History of Science has a staggering collection of artefacts on science and is well worth a trip. Michelangelo's David is located in the Galleria dell'Accademia delle Bella Arti and is a must see for tourists. If you want to get out of the city you can visit the traditional vineyards surrounding Florence and see some beautiful little Italian towns and villages.

If you can get to Pisa you can see the landmark Leaning Tower of Pisa. This famous site has baffled tourists and locals alike for many years and is worth a visit. While you’re there check out the Park of Migliarino, a really beautiful site.

Other great attractions are the Parks of the Val di Cornia in the Provence of Livorno and the Livorno Hills Park. Of course the other great thing about Tuscany is the fabulous cuisine and wine associated with the area. There are a great selection of cheeses and cured meats in the area and the local wines are of a very high quality of which the locals are justifiable proud.
